SILOAM SPRINGS — Thomas and Linda Johnstone of Siloam Springs, Ark., celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on Aug. 17.

Linda Peabody Johnstone is originally from Smolan, Kan., and Thomas Johnstone is originally from St. Petersburg, Fla.

They were married on Aug. 17, 1969, with the Rev. Bob Miller of Miami Bible Church officiating.

They have four daughters: Hope Johnstone, Heidi and Kirk Demarais, and Harmony and Vance Reeser, all of Siloam Springs, and Heather Johnstone of London.

They have a grandson, Spike Demarais of Siloam Springs.
