SILOAM SPRINGS — Don and Jan Mullikin of Siloam Springs, Ark., will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Aug. 24.

Janis Crist and Donald Mullikin were married at Christ Methodist Church in Douds, Iowa.

They were longtime residents of Brighton, Iowa, before moving to Arkansas in 1994.

The couple celebrated in July with members of their family.

They are the parents of four children: Randy Mullikin of Springdale, Ark., Robbin Souer of Montezuma, Iowa, Richard Mullikin of Galveston, Texas, and Rebecca Mullikin of Siloam Springs.

They have eight grandchildren.
