GENTRY — Mark Barnes, of Jackson, Tenn., Steve and Sherry Coursey, and James and Barbara Whisenant of Gentry, announce the wedding of their children, Cynthia Barnes and John Whisenant.

The couple exchanged vows on Aug. 9, 2009, at Siloam Springs City Lake.

The father of the groom, Jim Whisenant, officiated at the double-ring ceremony.

A small reception was held at First Christian Church of Gentry.

The couple will make their home near Beaver Lake with their son, Rhett.
