PEA RIDGE — M. Malcolm and Linda Winters, of Gravette, Ark., announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their daughter, Dr. Mia Winters, of Pea Ridge, Ark., to Dr. Kevin Meenen.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Juanita and the late Myles Winters of McKenzie, Tenn., and William and Melba Keen of Fayetteville, Ark.

She is a graduate of Arkansas State University at Jonesboro, Ark., and DVMLSU Veterinary University. She is a veterinarian at Oak View Clinic in Pea Ridge.

The prospective groom is the son of Kent and Janie Meenen of Siloam Springs, Ark.

He is the grandson of Dr. Henry and the late Ellen Meenen of Fayetteville, and the late Mr. and Mrs. R-Dell Hudson of Bentonville, Ark.

He is a graduate of the University of Arkansas and DVM-LSU Veterinary University. He is a veterinarian at Prairie Creek Veterinary Hospital in Rogers, Ark.

The wedding will take place at Cedaridge Event Center in Bentonville, Ark., on Oct. 24, 2009, at 3 p.m.
